Your Tasks

• Implement and manage strategic Logistics Service Provider (LSP) partnership program and LSP partnership meetings as well as drive respective measures
• Coordinate, prepare and document monthly and quarterly top management business review meetings (MBR and QBR) with preferred and strategic LSPs
• Liaise with our international logistics managers and support external partner communication
• Manage timely top management alignment and approval processes and documents
• Assist the Head of Logistics Sourcing & Partners in coordinating, organizing and maintaining business relationships

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, law or business administration
• Professional experience in retail or logistics preferred
• Experience in sourcing processes, warehouse logistics processes and e-commerce business as well as ability to structurally build strategic partnerships
• Ability to clearly communicate commercial implications to internal and external senior management, especially while coordinating top management approval processes
• Ability to travel internationally on occasional basis whilst having German language
• Strong organizational skills enabling seamless assisting of Head of Logistics Sourcing & Partners
• Advanced MS Office skills, incl. Think-Cell etc.
