Your role and key responsibilities
As HR Assistant for our German production plants, you
will play a key role in employee administration, payroll
preparation and recruitment processes – with office
base at our Dorsten plant.
Tasks will involve:
• Handling administrative HR tasks, including
personnel file management
• Assisting in recruitment, onboarding and contract
preparation
• Supporting payroll processes and compliance
initiatives
• Coordinating training and development activities
• Occasional travel to the other German plants and
limited international travel for training sessions or
meetings
Your qualifications
• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in an
operational role
• Familiarity with payroll and administrative HR tasks
• Knowledge of local labour laws and compliance
standards
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in German (native) and English (corporate language)
