Your Main Duties

• Support the Revenue Head Office Team Europe in administrative and organizational matters (office management)
• Preparation and processing of documents, contracts, presentations and reports
• Market observation as well as preparation of statistics and evaluations for new hotel projects
• Planning and coordination of appointments, conference calls and meetings as well as handling of the travel management
• Preparatory accounting (invoice control, absence management etc.)
• Exchange of information between management, other departments and external service providers

Your Profile

• BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
• Ideally completed commercial training in the field of hotel / tourism / office management
• Strong communication skills
• Independent & organized
• Flexibility
• Very good language and writing skills in English and German
• Confident handling of MS Office
