Your responsibilities:

• Create presentations, project plans and internal communications for the office of the Group CEO
• Support short-term, critical projects and longer-term strategic projects that extend across multiple parts of the organisation
• Ongoing involvement in the analysis of acquisition and due diligence documentation as well as support in the preparation of internal and external documentation (decision documents, business cases, financial reports and prospectuses)
• Proactively work across multiple internal functions and geographies, networking teams to work on high-priority initiatives
• Coordinate multiple internal functions, providing support to implement strategic plans and organisational/operational projects
• Identify and evaluate areas for process improvement, generating innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and relations with key stakeholders
• Plan, coordinate and steer shareholder meetings / executive committees
• Work closely with executive leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards Group wide projects

Key qualifications:

• 3+ years' professional experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory services or management & strategy consulting in an international environment
• Very good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Precise and reliable working methods coupled with a high degree of independence, implementation strength and flexibility
• Forward thinking mindset and a genuine desire to achieve results
• Master in business, finance or investment related area
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in English. Other foreign languages are beneficial
