• At least 3 years of experience working as a Product Designer, ideally in the med-tech industry

• You have multiple years of experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual/interaction design for b2b power users and usability testing

• Tools like Figma, Confluence and Jira or other documentation tools are part of your standard kit

• You have strong communication skills and an intuitive understanding of the customers need beyond the obvious

• Designing is your passion and you are eager to explore and challenge ideas

• You find it easy to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and take over responsibility

• Working independently and well organized is your strong suit

• You are experienced in contributing to customer development

• Proficiency in both English and German language

• Experience in working with analytics and making decisions based on data

• Experience in copywriting
