The following responsibilities are awaiting you: You independently draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of agreements along the entire value chain of a pharmaceutical company such as CDAs, IT agreements, agencies, service providers, freelancers, HCP contracts, as well as marketing and distribution agreements

You are responsible for providing advice and support for marketing and medical projects and the release of promotional and medical material (B2B, B2C) You also provide business-focused and reliable legal advice to internal stakeholders (e.g. distribution partner management, marketing, medical affairs or regulatory affairs) on various topics In order to develop and present training and education on relevant legal topics or the use of existing templates, you identify training needs among business stakeholders You coordinate and manage external counsel as required for advice in several jurisdictions
• Your responsibility is also to establish and build good working relationships with internal clients based on mutual trust and respect and a comprehensive knowledge of the company's business, strategy and its needs and objectives
• Additionally, you recognize and analyse legal risks as well as the developing and implementation of legally and economically sensible problem solutions for their avoidance

What we expect from you: Fully qualified Lawyer (German 'Volljurist*in) or equivalent education, preferably with bar exam (Germany): Rechtsanwält*in

At least 3-5 years' experience in law firm or industry, ideally in a pharmaceutical company Preferably knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical device law Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German, if possible additional language Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general affinity for IT Skills in presenting complex issues tailored to the requirements of the target group Expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts
• Business-oriented team player with intercultural competence, customer, and client focus as well as very good organizational skills
