Your Responsibility
- You support the Controller to build and improve relevant reports and processes to fulfill group reporting requirements
- You prepare in due time monthly reportings, financial forecasts, budgets, etc.
- You prepare (half-)yearly closings together with accounting and finalize PR consolidation
- You´re doing regular reportings to Pernod Ricard headquarters via group finance tool
- You assist Controller and Quality Manager in setting up production/manufacturing/quality reports
- You regularly update internal control guidelines & process flow-charts over all departments
- You prepare various weekly/monthly reports (e.g. volumes, sales, costs, etc.) and diverse ad-hoc analyses required by the management and team to make appropriate decisions in each field of activity and to reach the financial targets
- You prepare and report monthly excise tax and waste disposal duty
- You advise accounting in daily business (unregular bookings, new accounts, etc.)
- You do other ad hoc tasks as requested from time to time
- You help to implement (group) IT tools
Your Profile
- You hold a Bachelor / Master Degree in Business Administration or Economics
- You have first experience in Finance/Controlling with a good Microsoft Excel know-how and IT affinity
- You bring a high level of motivation and team player mentality in a collaborative way with a strong sense of ethics
- You are proactive and have a hands-on mentality
- You are fluent in English and German
