Our client, a reputable and independently owned staffing group with a strong European presence, is seeking a Country Manager to spearhead the implementation and development of their brand in GERMANY.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the charge in expanding our client's footprint within the German market.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the opening of new branches across Germany
Recruit and manage Branch Managers and their respective teams
Oversee the performance of multiple branches, ensuring optimal results
Serve as a key liaison, reporting directly to the European CEO
Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to ensure consistent messaging
Cultivate strong professional relationships with both staff and clients
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
In-depth understanding of the staffing industry landscape in GERMANY
Demonstrated success in business development and management within the staffing industry
Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of driving growth
