To support our team in quality management, we are looking for YOU - a self-confessed Front Office and Customer Care trainer (m/f/d) who loves to travel.
For this position it is completely irrelevant where your home base is!
- You support the training of our staff at the receptions
- You analyse and optimise work processes and, if necessary, develop improvement measures improvement measures
- You are the contact person for our teams for various topics at the front office
- You check the implementation of our standards in our locations
- You create and maintain training materials for your area of responsibility
- You actively contribute to projects in the front office area
- You support us for new openings or Hotel takeovers
- you enjoy and are passionate about working with people in an international environment,
- hospitality is not just a buzzword for you,
- service means more to you than just a smile
- you consider communication and organisation to be your strengths,
- you can always be relied upon,
- you keep an overview even in stressful situations,
- You enjoy imparting and sharing your knowledge
- it makes no difference for you to be traveling in a region-specific way (willingness to travel 80%)
- you can communicate very well in German and English with our Team
and ideally
- you have completed a vocational training and/or university degree (preferably in a tourism-related field) or ...
- you already have qualifications in the field of training.
- you have already worked with a hotel software, preferably ASSD.
