The Intern Commercial Excellence will work in the European team to learn and support the design, driving and embedding of the Operational Growth Excellence (OPEX) program for Beiersdorf in Europe.

This program is new to Beiersdorf. It just finishes the Pilot phase successfully and will be rolles out across differen European markets/categories and channels. The OPEX program is deeply rooted in a data driven understanding of shopper. It is a repeatable model to systematically identify and leverage incremental growth opportunities for the NIVEA brand. Key next steps will be the embedding of the program in the business cycles and a continuous capability building.

In your role, you will be very closely working with the Regional Acceleration Managers, to support the roll out of OPEX. You will be also working closely with the teams in the countries on the OPEX implementation.

This internship will give you a first-hand business experience in an international FMCG player, in headquarters and in exchange with countries. You will be working in an absolutely international team, therefore the only language you truly need is English.
