Digital Performance Analyst E-Commerce (m/f/d)

Your new job includes

As part of the e-commerce team in the Digital Customer Experience area, you will create analyses and reports on our digital products and, together with the teams, derive customer-centric recommendations for action for our product development and marketing. In particular, you will

analyze and monitor sales & performance funnels across all digital touchpoints (focus on webshop and app)
release support and testing of new analytics solutions
conceptualize, set up and further develop the performance monitoring of tools such as Google Analytics, Datastudios, Dashboards and Firebase as well as perform evaluations in the Business Intelligent Tool
define associated KPI-based reports and analyses for different stakeholders
perform ad hoc data analyses and derive hypotheses and recommendations for action for digital commerce, purchasing and marketing
execute and monitor A/B test scenarios
evaluate digital performance campaigns and analyze online store user behavior

What you should bring along

Successfully completed studies in business administration, business mathematics, statistics or a related field of study
Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area and secure e-commerce know-how
Sound knowledge of Google Analytics and ideally prior knowledge of BI tools, SAP, JavaScript and http
Basic understanding of raw data created from web analytics packages such as SAP Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Firebase, SQL
Adept at using tags, triggers and variables in tag management systems
Very good written and spoken English skills
Hands-on mentality and desire to build and develop the department as well as interest in working in a strong interface role
