You will take care of projects revolving around Data Analysis and Reporting, including investor reporting, especially around Sales data. You will also learn how HOLOPLOT commercially ticks, experiencing a holistic view of the processes by supporting the team on a day-to-day basis.
We are looking to recruit a Junior BizOps Manager from May.
- Scope, design, build, publish, and maintain a set of Marketing, Sales & Customer success-centric metrics and KPI reporting for executive summary review
- Use data analysis tools and techniques to process large datasets effectively
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate key insights and findings to collaborators and leadership
- Provide and implement concrete recommendations to the Marketing, Sales & Customer Success teams to improve their processes and data quality
- Develop data visualisations, charts, and graphs to present data concisely and understandably for Internal and External Communication.
- Support the team on a day-to-day basis and be a good example of operational excellence
- Scope, execute and implement processes and automation to help the team work more efficiently
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and presentation skills to effectively convey findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strongly committed to data accuracy and quality
- A killer of deadlines and organisation master
- Strong Experience with Google Sheets, Excel
- Experience with Data Viz tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Optimizer: Always keen to improve the way we work
- "Make it happen" attitude
- Some coding experience (javascript/python)
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Hubspot (or any other CRM system)
