We’re currently looking for Application professional to expand our presence on the field in the DACH & Benelux territories.

The resources will be the regional expert of Kornit solutions, including printing systems, workflow, RIP, ink sets and consumables with deep understanding of media, garments and fabrics.

Your impact:

• As Field Application Engineer you will be fully accountable for customer development and customer success objectives, from both post sales and pre-sales side
• Autonomously and successfully managing tier 2 escalations cases, from remote and at customer’s site
• Delivering on time and by curricula advanced application training, ramp-up training, RIP training
• Participating to business development projects as local subject matter expert on-call or as part of a business development project team
• Delivering flawless demonstrations and samples during local events at local demo centers (i.e. partner’s showroom) or corporate events
• Support channel partner application capabilities development

What you should have:

• 5+ years as Application Engineer, with proven business impact (customer success, ramp-up and sales enablement track records), preferably in a customer-centric, multicultural and global context
• Ability to manage conflictual contingencies, internally and with the Customer
• Persuasive, influential and authoritative with Customers and colleagues
• Can-do attitude and team working spirit are fundamental for the success in this role
• Experience in the printing industry is a plus
• (Preferred) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Science
• Full professional proficiency in German and English, proficiency in any additional language will be considered a plus
• Proven ability to deliver advanced technical training by curricula, but also creating tailor-made contents, when needed
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, within the assigned country Europe
