Assistant* Executive Office
As an Assistant* Executive Office you will support two of our board members in the implementation and execution of administrative processes.
Your main responsibilities are.
- Independent management of the Executive Board's scheduling (coordination and monitoring of various routine appointments, meetings with internal and external participants) as well as administration of written documents
- Schedule and coordinate complex meetings incl. developing strong working relationships with executives and other key stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, incl. organizing trip agendas and logistics as well as completing expense reports
- Provide extensive and complex diary management, ensuring balance between workflow and meetings
- Drafting, negotiating and following up on non-disclosure agreements
- Preparation and drafting of decision papers for the Management Board/Supervisory Board and other bodies
- Act as a critical communications liaison with other departments
What you have to offer.
- Completed studies (Bachelor) or comparable commercial training
- Experience (3+ years) in administration, ideally in a C-level setting
- German and English fluently spoken and written
- Strong organizational and planning skills as well as a "hands-on" mentality
- Openness and flexibility in a fast changing environment
- Extensive experience with MS Office applications and other communication and time management tools
