Qognify is seeking an HR (Human Resources) Generalist to join our Global HR team with local HR responsibilities in our Europe region. This is a one-year contract covering for a parental leave from February 2024 through March 2025 with potential to go permeant after a year. T his role can be full or part time with a hybrid option to work in Bruchsal office 2-3 days a week

As the HR Generalist you will be responsible for local HR advice and administration for the Europe region, and you will be part of the amazing global HR team of 3 people.

• Advise and support employees and managers on all personnel-relevant issues
• Manage personnel administration including contract documents, personnel files, job descriptions, certificates, etc.
• Collaborate with employment lawyers and consultants
• Recruitment for the Europe region
• Create HR-relevant reports and statistics
• Organize and implement team building activities and employee gatherings (Holiday party, summer picnic, years of service celebrations and birthday celebrations)

• Completed training as HR Administrator/Specialist or Recruiter with professional experience ideally in a medium-sized (IT) company
• Knowledge of legal, tax and social security aspects of employment as well as for all other statutory requirements
• Independent and structured way of working
• Enjoys working with and getting to know employees and management
• Excellent communication skills as well as a strong service concept
• Fluent in German and English
