- Develop solutions on and in the respective platform and technology domain
- Lead developer to develop features according to product backlog items based on technical designs
- Support and execute testing & fixing of applications
- Ensure adherence to Henkel standard in terms of quality, coding guidelines, platform and data architecture and security requirements
- Support and consult process consultant and technical consultant in refinement of requirement
- Mentor and coach new colleagues joining the team
- Completed studies in computer science or comparable qualification
- At least 5+ years of professional experience
- Expert in Python and the Python ecosystem
- Practical experience in agile software development
- Solid experience in cloud native development with containers
- Solid experience with relational/NoSQL database technologies
- Familiar with RESTful API/ API design and realization
- Good communication with different departments and global colleagues
- Excellent English skills
