Your Tasks

• Providing support for members of the Data & Analytics leadership team with all administrative and organisational tasks that arise in projects and everyday business
• Planning, coordinating and organising meetings, events and business travel
• Independently preparing for and following up on appointments, meetings and presentations
• Preparing communication in German and English up to Managing Director level
• Creating presentations (e.g. in PowerPoint, Miro)

Your Profile

• Academic degree in business administrations or business-related apprenticeship
• Experience of working in a similar role
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset, motivated to drive forward new topics and solutions
• Strong team player and talented organizer
• Reliable and independent way of working in a structured way
• Good grasp of situations and ability to prioritize
• Proficient use of MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills and business fluency in German and English
