infeurope is looking for several Information Desk Agents to work on-site for our client, located in Berlin Mitte.

Candidates shall be eligible to work in Germany.

Start date estimated: August 2024.

TASKS

• Welcoming of visitors to an information Centre
• Welcoming and facilitating groups, including assisting visitors in using the technological tools of the exhibition, collecting all material after use;
• Other ad hoc services;

REQUIREMENTS

• Client orientation, pro-active attitude and politeness
• Perfect command of German C1 as well as English B2
• Sufficient IT knowledge (knowledge of Excel, good command of Word, internet, social media tools etc.) to process requests, answer inquiries and be able to handle existing technical equipment
• Certified skills in First Aid (Erste Hilfe) is advantageous, but not required
• Ideally proven experience in the field of the hospitality sector and/or the cultural sector
