DESCRIPTION

Amazon is looking for a results-driven Robotics Deployment Engineer to spearhead large-scale logistic automation and storage projects within our expanding South Europe network. You will take full ownership of automation technologies and storage solutions across various Amazon facilities, including Fulfillment and Distribution Centers.

Your core mission involves evaluating and deploying cutting-edge material handling systems and robotic innovations. You will lead internal teams and manage external contractors to ensure the seamless launch of automated sites and the expansion of existing facilities. This role involves approximately 50-60% travel across Europe, with potential for international assignments.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and implementation of standardized, global-scale automation technologies.
• Oversee conveyance, sortation, and robotics systems across multiple locations simultaneously.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to guarantee project success.
• Ensure all deployment deliverables meet Amazon’s high quality and timeline standards.
