Job Description:

As a Production and Store Assistant at Episode, you will have a dynamic role working both in our store in Hoorn and at our headquarters in Hem. You will play a vital part in sorting, scanning, repairing, and packing second-hand clothing at the headquarters, while also supporting the daily operations of our store in Hoorn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production (Hem Headquarters):
  • Sorting and scanning second-hand clothing at the Hem headquarters.
  • Inspecting clothing for damage, wear, or inadequate cleaning.
  • Preparing approved clothing for repair or rewash.
• Store (Hoorn):
  • Supporting the (Store Manager/Assistant Manager) in leading the store.
  • Taking responsibility for store sales and KPI targets.
  • Coordinating tasks and visual merchandising in the store.
  • Processing delivered goods.

Must Haves:

• Understanding and passion for vintage and second-hand clothing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Proficiency in English (hard requirement); knowledge of Polish is a plus.
• Stress-resistant, flexible, motivated, and a strong team player.
• Living in the Hoorn/Hem area.
