The Market Surveillance Office of EEX monitors exchange trading to ensure the adherence to our rules and regulations, as well as national and international law. As a key player in our Monitoring Team, you’ll roll up your sleeves and dive deep into trading data to uncover patterns, spot anomalies, and present your findings to the team. You’ll also be at the forefront of innovation, helping us fine-tune our monitoring routines.
In doing so, you will not only become a valued member of our team and a valued partner for our external stakeholders, but you will help to protect the integrity of the European Wholesale energy markets.

Your skills:
- University degree in data science, computer science, economics or comparable
- Comprehensive understanding of exchange trading
- Attention to detail and an exploratory mindset
- Experience in working with data
- SQL or Python knowledge is appreciated
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
