• Completed degree and several years of relevant professional experience or long-term relevant professional experience
• Holder of a Part 66 CAT B1 or B2 license with type rating for aircraft maintenance
• At least 5 years of professional experience with wide-body aircraft
• At least 3 years of experience as a manager in the aviation industry
• Knowledge of legal requirements, labor law, aviation law
• Knowledge of MS Office and programs such as AIMS, Trax
• Very good German and English skills
• Analytical thinking combined with communication & organizational talent, motivating for team members
• Pronounced social skills and leadership experience
• Committed and reliable working method, constant role model for employees
• Mediation skills & persuasive power
• Willingness to lead the team in shift work
