Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR documentation, maintain master data in Workday, and ensure compliance in personnel files.
- Coordinate the entire onboarding lifecycle, serving as the primary contact for new colleagues and internal stakeholders.
- Support recruiting efforts through candidate prescreening and professional interview scheduling.
- Assist with monthly payroll preparation and the administration of employee benefits.
- Administer internal training programs, including language courses and budget tracking.
- Handle the central HR inbox and maintain standardized templates and FAQs.
Your Professional Profile
- Background in commercial training, ideally specializing in HR, or a similar qualification.
- Initial experience in operational HR administration or HR service functions.
- Proficiency in modern HR software, with Workday experience being a significant advantage.
- A precise, reliable working style with a strong focus on data quality and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, service-oriented presence.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a collaborative, hands-on environment.
- Fluent in German and very good English skills.
- Availability for approximately 20 hours per week.
