Our low-level software components, such as embedded drivers and Real Time Operating System (RTOS), form the base for ECU networks in modern vehicles. As Software Engineer for our embedded software solutions, you get Ethernet, Multicore, Security or Update-over-the-air (OTA) to the streets.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in (technical) computer science or in any related technical field
• Understanding for the connection and interaction of microcontrollers, compilers, debuggers and embedded software
• Programming skills with C or C++ and experience in programming with Java/C#
• First steps with software development tools (JIRA, Jenkins, Eclipse) as well as A-SPICE, MISRA, ISO26262 are appreciated

Your tasks:

• Development of low-level software components in an agile setting
• Embedded software development in the field of Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS), communication drivers (Ethernet, CAN, LIN) und drivers (Flash, EEPROM, I2C, SPI)
• Integration and test of software components on variable hardware platforms
• Development of code generators in Java
• Porting software to variable microcontrollers
