The internship assignment

Together with other Business Resolution team members, you will work closely with colleagues from the Sales and Service department, as well as our legal team, to ensure customer escalations are processed within a timely manner and ensure internal and legal processes are followed. Moreover, you will be supporting different projects related to customer law, EV regulations and customer satisfaction. The internship is based in Berlin.

  You will act as the interface between our field teams within Sales and Service, general leadership, and our legal team.
• You will support with customer communication and comply with deadlines.
• You will support our legal team by drafting correspondence relating to legal issues.
• You will learn to support our field teams by using our systems and present customer cases in a comprehensible way.
• You will learn about internal processes and ensure these are being followed by field teams.
• You will learn how to collect and analyze internal and confidential data in order to define action points.
• You will help to improve and develop new processes and bring in own ideas.
• You will support by creating content, setting up presentations and giving trainings related to legal content or internal policies to field teams.
• You will be conducting legal research, especially on new legislation and regulations and changes.

  Superior level of motivation and comfort working in a high energy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and German.
• You are available for minimum 5 months and currently studying law.
• Advanced legal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• You are passionate about integrity, ethics, as well as compliance and ensuring processes are being followed.
• You can deal with sensitive information and interact with different management levels.
• You like to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).
