Your responsibilities

• Preparation, execution and follow-up of Management Board and Supervisory Board meetings (including committees) and the corresponding resolutions (including circular resolutions)
• Supporting the CEO and the individual members of the Management Board in specific matters
• Interface with the Supervisory Board
• Supporting corporate bodies (Management Board/Board of Directors and Supervisory Board) of major Group companies
• Supporting the implementation of legally required decision-making and control processes in all Uniper companies
• Coordination and ongoing evaluation of processes and development of measures for further development/optimization, incl. digitalization options
• Other organizational tasks, incl. coordination of meetings in alignment with functions and Board assistants
• Providing input to yearly financial reports on behalf of the Supervisory Board
• Advising Uniper functions on structure and approval of group wide policies

Your profile

• University degree in law, economics, communication or alternative comparable degree
• Sound understanding of economic and entrepreneurial matters, ideally in the energy sector, based on several years of professional experience
• Ability to efficiently interface with other departments as well as stakeholder management#
• Strong communication skills and discretion
• High degree of structuredness, initiative, assertiveness, service mentality and (creative) solution orientation
• Strong teamwork and cooperation skills
• Full professional proficiency in German and English
