Circls is a virtual office and video conferencing tool that enables spontaneous task-related exchange through automated ticket integration and an easy way to get together.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create a vision that guides Circls in creating a successful product.
- Set priorities for the product, both middle-term and short-term (sprint goals).
- Define epics together with your team, and break down them into detailed user stories for implementation
- In addition, you are the key person for the business plan (milestone EXIST) and the redistribution of the resulting sub-tasks to the other team members.
- Search for pilot customers, investors, and other cooperation partners
- Here and there, co-working on marketing activities such as writing content for social media, our website and later on mailings
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience within a technology company practicing agile product development processes.
- Entrepreneurial, can-do attitude with a strong sense of product quality and the ability to take market decisions.
- Experience working in a B2B setting and managing customer requirements.
- Attention to detail, being able to break complex topics into smaller prioritized pieces the agile teams can work on.
- Effectively communicate complicated concepts to a non-technical audience.
- You are willing to take on tasks from other areas like finance, KPIs, accounting and sales.
- You speak fluent English + (at least a little) German
- Place of residence: Berlin

- 2.000€ – 2.500€ salary per month (health insurance has to be paid by yourself in the EXIST scholarship)
