About the Role

You will shape the frontiers of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Simulation-based Design, Data-driven Processes, and Quantum Computing. You will collaborate closely with the R&D departments of our high-profile customers and contribute to both collaborative research initiatives and independent scientific work.

You will work with leading companies across the engineering and aerospace sectors, such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Airbus, Siemens, and MTU AeroEngines, as well as with top-tier universities like MIT, Harvard, Stanford, and ETH Zurich.

What You Will Do

Design and implement advanced algorithms across AI, Data, Simulation, Processes, and Quantum Computing.
Lead the technical vision of interdisciplinary Research and Development projects.
Integrate emerging technologies and mentor aspiring young researchers.
Represent TWT at prestigious international conferences and innovation forums.

What You Bring

A PhD or Postdoc in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, or Digital Engineering.
A strong analytical mindset combined with a creative approach to problem-solving.
Fluency in both English and German.
