Sie unterstützen bei Bestellungen, Rückerstattungen und Reklamationen und beraten zu Produktfragen. Die Pflege von Kundendaten und die Kommunikation mit Versanddienstleistern gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben. Your Responsibilities
Providing information and resolving end customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media platforms.
Facilitating order placements, refunds, exchanges, addressing quality concerns, processing cancellations, and responding to various queries.
Offering expert advice on product-related questions.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Liaising with carriers to ensure smooth delivery processes.
Your Profile
Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in customer service is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Demonstrated customer empathy, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Italian, and/or Spanish.
A strong interest in the online retail and fashion industry.
