• Offering expert advice on product-related questions.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.

• Liaising with carriers to ensure smooth delivery processes.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience in customer service is highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite.

• Demonstrated customer empathy, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Italian, and/or Spanish.

• A strong interest in the online retail and fashion industry.
