WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Responsibility in technical multi-project management and project portfolio management
- Coordination of resource deployment planning and capacity planning with the department heads and team leaders in engineering (m/f/d)
- Budget and investment planning
- Data analysis and management as well as further development of data evaluation (dashboard)
- Monthly reporting
The position is to be filled at the Kassel, Kiel and Unterlüß sites.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE - Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, engineering or comparable
- Experience in the field of multi-project management / project portfolio management
- Professional experience in the engineering sector
- Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and SAP PS
- Experience with Mygal servers, Python and Java Script an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong moderation and communication skills
- Structured way of working
