What you can look forward to as Tax Manager (m/f/d) EMEA:

• Overall responsibility for tax planning, reporting and compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations in EMEA region
• Support in international tax planning, cash tax optimization and other ad-hoc tax projects (M&A, digitization, tax control framework)
• Detect, monitor and actively manage tax risks
• Prepare / review tax reporting packages for European entities
• Manage local tax audits and establish relationship with local tax authorities and external advisors
• Monitor current tax laws in their jurisdiction affecting the company; presents conclusions and courses of action and lead implementation
• Business partnering with other functions, notably finance, as appropriate. This includes establishing effective lines of communication with relevant peers and contacts in other functions and regions.

Your profile as Tax Manager (m/f/d) EMEA:

• 5+ year experience in international Tax Planning and Accounting
• Very strong technical skills
• Good understanding of Transfer Pricing
• Business understanding and strong business orientation (cross-functional focus, customer centricity, solution-oriented)
• Strong communication and advanced process-management skill
• Motivator & team leading skills
• Excellent command of English language
