YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE CONCEPTION AND PROVISIONING OF ANALYTICAL USE CASES AND SOLUTIONS.
With us, you will become an integral part of our mission to explore and deliver impactful data analytics use cases and solutions. As a Junior Data & Analytics Consultant specializing in Digital Analytics, you will have the opportunity to learn and apply strategies to optimize conversion rates by gaining a deep understanding of the sales funnel and identifying key conversion points for Allianz online services and applications.
Your role will involve facilitating the implementation of Web Analytics and tracking solutions. You will play an important part in translating customer data requirements and needs into actionable insights. Operating as an interface between IT and customers within an agile environment, you will be responsible for generating valuable insights through customer journey, traffic, and funnel analyses in order to evaluate the effectiveness and success of content and campaigns using Adobe Analytics.

YOUR EXPERIENCE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• You have a strong affinity for numbers and a keen interest in digital and marketing analytics
• You show strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present and explain analytical concepts
• You have at least a foundational understanding of statistics and are keen to expand your knowledge
• You gained any kind of first hands-on experience in utilizing tools such as Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare or Google Analytics for marketing analytics and reporting
• You are proficient with Office tools like Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

IT’S ALSO NICE TO HAVE:

• You gained first practical experience in conducting online marketing campaigns or managing digital media platforms
• You are aware of established online marketing channels (SEA, SEO, social ads, display or affiliate) and have an idea about current happenings in the digital advertising market
• You have first experience with tag management, marketing analytics, campaign tracking, attribution modeling or A/B testing (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Adobe Target)
• You understand how key performance indicators (KPIs) are used to measure and drive business outcomes
• Experience working in an agile environment and tools such as Confluence and Jira
• Hands-on experience with other tools for data collection, data processing or data visualization (such as Tableau, Power BI, R, Python or SQL)

FURTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

• Willingness to travel from time-to-time (across Germany)
• Ability to work with remote teams
• Fluent in German, proficient in English
