We offer homeoffice for candidates based in Germany. Homeoffice from abroad is as to internal company regulations not possible. For this role we can only hire EU citizens or candidates who have a valid work permit to work fulltime hours in Germany.

Benefits:

• €2,500 gross monthly salary / €30,000* gross annual salary.

Your Job is great:

• You will provide support to advertisers and agencies (SMBs) for various queries generated via different communication channels such as phone, chat, and email.
• You will offer pre- and post-sales support for all self-service advertising products.
• You will provide product and tool support to enhance our clients' experience.
• You will use tools and systems to identify customers' issues addressed in their raised queries.
• You will escalate the client's problems to the corresponding groups for resolution.
• You will resolve customer issues in a timely manner, proactively communicate progress to clients, and proactively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions.
• You will maintain high customer satisfaction while representing a major brand.

Your skills are amazing:

• Having online advertising experience is a big plus for you.
• It is desired that you have prior experience working in a service organization.
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You are fluent, both verbally and in written form, in the language you applied for at a C1 level, and have a minimum B2 level in English.
• You are familiar with social media platforms and actively use them.
• You have familiarity with online advertising products and vendors.
• You have the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• You are a fast learner and a diligent worker.
