Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

Supporting tasks regarding the analysis, implementation and testing of Investment Guidelines
Monitoring of regulatory and fund specific investment restrictions on a daily basis
Observating of market conformity of non-cash transactions and reporting of issues
Ex-ante checks related to outsourcing of call money and/or time deposits to other credit institutes
Validation of overdrafts and VaR reports monitored by the IOC team
Performing the tasks according to the relevant operational procedures
Responding to internal and external requests in a professional and friendly manner
Delivery of operational service levels agreed with clients, internally and externally
Important information is distributed to all IC members and other relevant teams
Timely escalation of problems to the Head of IC/ local management
Ensuring the transformation of BP2S value’s – steadiness, responsibility, expertise, good place to work, agility, compliance culture, client satisfaction and openness

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

Student of Economics, Finance or similar
Strong interest in German and European regulations, ability to acquaint oneself with IC operational processes, procedures and services
Strong interest in fund, securities and derivatives markets
Facilitating cooperation and interaction within team and beyond
Ability to communicate clearly, articulately and succinctly and to express messages effectively, both oral and written
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Fluent in German (C1 level) and business fluent in English (word and writing)
