We are looking for a motivated and experienced Freelance Career Coach - Spain (d/f/m) with a growth hacking mindset to join our team. If the Spanish tech job market is no secret for you, you enjoy the contact with students and enjoy sharing your expertise, we want you on our team!

Your mission:

• Offer 1-1 consultation with students applying on the Spanish job market (once a month)
• Review student’s application documents (CV - Cover letter - LinkedIn Profile) to ensure they are following the best European and Spanish standards
• Supporting us in diversifying our Career Services offerings that caters to the Spanish job market

Must-Have:

• You bring experience in career coaching, and career development to a diverse range of people
• You have expertise in the Spanish job market and keep up to date with the latest standards of the tech industry
• You are a great communicator in English and have an impeccable, native level Spanish (C1 or native)
• You're patient, empathetic and you love to give constructive feedback

Other requirements:

• You can see yourself grow with us as we grow our presence in this market
• You can facilitate workshops for small groups if there’s a need for it
• Experience in career counseling in the education or EdTech industry is a big plus
• Team player with a proactive attitude
