- Creation of Dangerous Goods shipping documents (IATA & ADR)
- Generation of customs invoices for export shipments
- Processing of export declarations for export shipments & manage customs follow up processes
- Processing of outbound, inbound and return deliveries made from and to MSA plants
- Recording, Verification and Distribution of all carrier invoices
- Processing of logistic related claims
- Support to Customer Service Teams, Internal Sales Support regarding their customer related issues and questions
- Completition of a logistic profession (KEP, Spedition usw) or a comparable commercial profession
- + 3 experience of of logistics /shipping desirable
- Experience with handling of dangerous goods transports (IATA-DGR, ADR) desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office applications (Excel, Office, Outlook)
- Good analytical skills, high compentency to solve transport related problems
- you work independently and characterized by goal-oriented, proactive work with high self-demand
- Experience with transportrequirements, exportcontrol regulations and export regulations desirable
- Understanding of incoterms and their impact Fluent written and spoken german and english
