Role and Context As part of the Growth business, the Analytics team at 360T is at the forefront of our data strategy, envisioning and executing initiatives to unlock the potential of big data and analytics across the organisation. Our global team, consisting of data strategists, analysts & quants, collaborate with data engineers to harness technology, innovation, and modern data practices. Together, we deliver a new generation of self-service tools, commercial data products and analytics services to our global client base and business stakeholders.
As a Data Analyst, you will be the bridge connecting business, technology, and data. You recognize data as a catalyst for innovation and digital transformation. In this role, you will collaborate with partner teams across the firm, engage with C-suite stakeholders and interact with clients tackle complex business data challenges. Your ability to create compelling visual storytelling will be crucial in turning data into actionable business value.
Main Duties and Key Responsibilities - Data Visualization: create impactful data visualizations using Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks and Plotly Dash to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Insights & Recommendations: generate actionable insights from data analysis and present recommendations to improve business performance
- Data Automation: assist in optimizing internal data processes and workflows
- Data Collaboration & Empowerment: work closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing data needs of internal partners & stakeholders, clients and regulatory bodies
- Stakeholder Management: build effective working relationships with key business stakeholders including C-suite executives, data engineers and other partners across the firm to achieve common data-driven goals and targets
- Continuous Improvement: stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization, and implement them to enhance 360T’s data capabilities
