We are looking for a skilled communicator and technical writer. You will play a crucial role during our customer onboarding journey, by creating and writing useful documentation material, engaging customer messages as well as short tutorial videos. Our core product ZeyOS unifies all the important features of CRM and ERP in one brilliant and intuitive platform - from inventory management and billing to e-mail and calendar. Your responsibilities:

• Support us to write articles for our handbook and knowledge base
• Create screenshots, animated GIFs and other image resources
• Draft short explainer videos on various topics
• Design stories, boilerplates and templates for our sales team
• Add ideas for marketing campaigns (online and offline)

Your qualifications:

• Fluent in English and German
Digital native, technical
• ground is a plus
• Excellent language skills
• Quick aptitude
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) are a plus
