• Responsibility for market modeling and analysis of market, customer, and competitor landscapes, focusing on industrial decarbonization and process industries.
• Provide strategic insights for Siemens Energy Compression business and offer recommendations for executive management to ensure profitable growth aligned with decarbonization targets.
• Actively participate in the overall TI CP strategy process, business development, and marketing activities.
• Supervise strategic projects in close coordination with customers from various functions and regions.
• Facilitate clear decision-making and impactful outcomes through collaborative efforts.
• Commit to driving initiatives that support sustainable growth and innovation in the energy sector.

What You Bring

• MBA or university degree in Engineering, Machine Construction, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Expert knowledge in Oil & Gas and other process industry applications.
• Structured approach with strong problem-solving skills in strategic, quantitative, and organizational assignments.
• Proven track record in project management and effective communication skills.
• International work experience, strong English skills (German is a plus), and ability to persuade collaborators.
• Great teammate with a can-do attitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
