Your day begins with analyzing critical cyber risk reports and briefing the Chief Cybersecurity Officer and Executive Board. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure security strategies align perfectly with business objectives. Representing our comprehensive cybersecurity framework in high-level meetings and with external partners is a core part of your mission. Your leadership will be vital in coaching teams through the complexities of a global security landscape.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Orchestrate holistic cybersecurity resilience across products, solutions, services, and production sites within Gas Service.
• Deliver strategic status updates and risk assessments to executive leadership and the CCO.
• Architect and execute a global cybersecurity strategy tailored for the project entity business.
• Partner with the Executive Vice President to uphold and advance cybersecurity mandates.
• Design the optimal cybersecurity organizational structure, ensuring expert staffing and meeting business demands.
• Serve as the primary advocate for Information and Industrial Security in executive forums and international conferences.

What You Bring

• A degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline forms your academic foundation.
• Extensive professional experience in cybersecurity or IT across various business functions.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and evolve high-performing teams and professional communities.
• A strategic mindset capable of navigating multi-national, cross-functional environments and executive levels.
• Fluency in English is essential for this international role, complemented by local language proficiency.
• Flexibility for domestic and international travel.
