Job Description

• Advising our customers on the conceptual and operational design of Change processes as part of software introductions, especially SAP S/4 HANA
• Creation of stakeholder analyzes according to individual customer needs and assessment the progress of change Conception of change strategies, change stories, change architectures and measure roadmaps
• Design of communication strategies to proactively develop the organizational
• To ensure adjustments for our customers and to support them during the process
• Development of your knowledge organization
• Supporting our customers in designing their change process in workshops and seminars

• Beratung unserer Kunden bei der konzeptionellen und operativen Gestaltung von Veränderungsprozessen im Rahmen von Softwareeinführungen, insbesondere SAP S/4 HANA
• Erstellung von Stakeholder-Analysen entsprechend den individuellen Kundenbedürfnissen und Bewertung des Fortschritts der Veränderung Konzeption von Veränderungsstrategien, Change Stories, Change Architekturen und Maßnahmen-Roadmaps
• Entwurf von Kommunikationsstrategien zur proaktiven Entwicklung der Organisation
• Sicherstellung von Anpassungen für unsere Kunden und Unterstützung während des Prozesses
• Entwicklung Ihrer Wissensorganisation
• Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Gestaltung ihres Veränderungsprozesses in Workshops und Seminaren

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project Management, Organizational Change Management or Business Optimization
• You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at different levels within an organization (impact of project strategy/deployment approach on delivery impacts)
• You have a proven track record in developing clear, compelling, and concise messaging
• You are excellent at sensing organizational dynamics and trends/developments
• You proactively identify opportunities to enhance relationships and partner engagements
• You build rapport with internal and external partners quickly
• You are also a self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment across global hours with outstanding verbal and written communication skills and a curiosity around life sciences, strategy, digital, innovation, agility, workforce topics
• Collaborative, team-oriented with a focus on client service, ability to work successfully in ambiguous situations and navigate uncertainty
• You bring a can-do attitude, work hands-on and are committed to upholding diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Fluency in German and English

• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Organizational Change Management oder Business Optimierung
• Du verfügst über ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit Interessenvertretern auf verschiedenen Ebenen innerhalb einer Organisation zu kommunizieren (Auswirkungen der Projektstrategie/des Umsetzungsansatzes auf die Ergebnisse)

• Du verfügst über ein ausgezeichnetes Gespür für organisatorische Dynamik und Trends/Entwicklungen
• Du erkennst proaktiv Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung von Beziehungen und Partnerschaften
• Du baust schnell Beziehungen zu internen und externen Partnern auf
• Du bringst eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit, fühlst dich in einer schnelllebigen Matrixumgebung wohl und verfügst über hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und bist neugierig auf Themen wie Biowissenschaften, Strategie, Digitalisierung, Innovation, Agilität und Arbeitskräfte ist
