Your Role
As part of the Remote Service Team, you will support some of the key activities related to release and project management of Smart Services platforms. Activities and responsibilities include:
- Project Management for releasing new SW versions of Smart Services 1.0
- Support in the administration and operation of Smart Services
- Creation of training material and supporting documentation
Your Profile
- Studying software engineering, computer science or business administration with a focus on IT and Technology
- Familiarity with digital technology Good communication skills
- Lots of energy and desire to make a difference with positive change
- Ability to communicate and work in a team as well as a high degree of initiative and commitment
- Familiarity and experience with concepts such as Agile,, Scaled Lean, ITIL, PMP methodologies and ISO27001 standard will be a plus
- You are fluent in business English, fluent German is a plus
