Your impact and responsibilities
- Develop holistic solutions by understanding complex business challenges, service architecture, and infrastructure.
- Take full ownership of the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)—from requirements and design to coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Engineers are responsible for maintaining code quality and proactively refactoring systems for continuous improvement.
- Build for maximum performance, scale, and resilience in a mission-critical environment where downtime and data loss are not options.
- Collaborate in compact, autonomous teams with rapid release cycles, utilizing agile processes to maintain high velocity.
- Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing within a culture of honest, constructive feedback.
Your professional profile
- Strong proficiency in common communication protocols such as HTTP, WebSockets, and AMQP.
- Extensive experience with at least one major web framework; our environment is language-agnostic, allowing you to choose the best tool for the task.
- Deep understanding of RDBMS concepts, including indexing, transactions, isolation levels, and high-performance database design.
- Experience with microservice architectures and scaling systems with over 200+ services is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with in-memory databases like Redis or Memcached.
- A degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical background.
