Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To support the Senior Manager Fiscal Compliance in ensuring compliance of adidas AG, adidas International Trading AG and the various markets through adequate analysis and accurate reporting to enable Group Tax to manage their business effectively and efficiently.
The Fiscal compliance is the business partner providing support, guidance and clarity to Group Tax, Corporate / TradeCo Finance and the various markets. The team support them in correctly reflecting the group business model, in line with the group tax guidance and Transfer Pricing principles. This requires a detailed understanding of markets and the Trading company, the creation and monitoring of adequate and effective policies and processes, correct and timely reporting as well as in-depth analyses combined with competent and professional business partnering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billbacks / Intercompany recharges.
- Overall monitoring of Non-Management intercompany recharges within the adidas Group.
- Maintenance of the Billback model based on Budget & Forecast. Timely submission of planned balances into the reporting system.
- Monthly billing and Quarterly true-up processes.
- Group Royalties:
- Run Royalties model and calculate monthly & quarterly charges for adidas brand.
- Request the accrual postings and monthly billing, with GBS support.
- Support Budget & Forecast processes by calculating and uploading Group Royalties expenses.
- Review of actual results incl. detailed variances analysis to Budget / Forecast.
- Other processes:
- Run the Cross-border commission model on a quarterly basis; process the annual billing.
- Support the year-end audit and fulfillment of auditor requirements.
- Participate in small projects on demand (e. g. Go-live support for TradeCo Lite; TRANS4RM; etc.).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Financial analysis / corporate accounting expertise.
- Basic corporate / indirect tax knowledge. Transfer pricing is a plus.
- Well-developed skills on MS-Suite and SAP. Excel modelling, BI reports is a plus.
- Highly motivated team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical / interpersonal skills, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organizing skills.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration from a university or comparable institution with focus on Financial Analysis / Accounting.
- Desired experience in (corporate) accounting and/or financial planning and analysis fields.
- Fluent in English.
