We are currently partnered with international media platforms such as Bloomberg, The Economist, Reuters, CBS News, and Gulf News, and are releasing the films produced as a part of various campaigns on the respective platforms.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to the office in Berlin to join their fast-paced team and assist in the day-to-day growth of business relationships and project managing the delivery of the ongoing projects and multi-channel campaigns.

ABOUT YOU:

• 3+ years experience in account / project management within an advertising/marketing environment, ideally with a background in video production
• Confident communicator and keen interest in relationship building
• Time management focused with impeccable organisation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-starter with an eye for detail
• Excellent german skills

THE ROLE:

• Maintain the growth of business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee the projects and ensure customer satisfaction and overall positive experience.
• Manage creative campaign spend alongside the Production and Marketing team, providing regular updates throughout the process and ensuring budgets are kept within client expectations
• Work closely with the Senior Account Director in monitoring meeting schedules, raising potential challenges, and handling objectives when necessary
• Act as a first point of contact for key asset approval when overseeing legal guidelines, ensuring the quality of creative work is kept to a high standard
• Maintain clear and strong communication between all parties including client, creative and internal departments
• Build a high understanding of the clients
