With offices in London, New York, Dalles, Dubai, Frankfurt, and Berlin we are an international Media company that specialises in Company films and documentaries.

We are currently partnered with international media platforms such as Bloomberg, The Economist, Reuters, CBS News, and Gulf News, and are releasing the films produced as a part of various campaigns on the respective platforms.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to the office in Berlin to join their fast-paced team and assist in the day-to-day growth of business relationships and project managing the delivery of the ongoing projects and multi-channel campaigns.

ABOUT YOU:

3+ years experience in account / project management within an advertising/marketing environment, ideally with a background in video production
Confident communicator and keen interest in relationship building
Time management focused with impeccable organisation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Self-starter with an eye for detail
Excellent german skills

THE ROLE:

Maintain the growth of business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Oversee the projects and ensure customer satisfaction and overall positive experience.
Manage creative campaign spend alongside the Production and Marketing team, providing regular updates throughout the process and ensuring budgets are kept within client expectations
Work closely with the Senior Account Director in monitoring meeting schedules, raising potential challenges, and handling objectives when necessary
Act as a first point of contact for key asset approval when overseeing legal guidelines, ensuring the quality of creative work is kept to a high standard
Maintain clear and strong communication between all parties including client, creative and internal departments
Build a high understanding of the clients
