Intern IT Quality (m/f/d)

We are looking for Interns in Bayer’s Global IT Quality department!

Bayer's global IT Quality Department is safeguarding IT system operation in line with industry quality standards and statutory and regulatory requirements – as part of Strategy & Digital Transformation we also drive data-based decision making and automation for the IT Eco System.

In our team you will be participating in various projects, e.g. (re)designing and implementing Quality oversight processes – and helping us utilize digital tools to drive transparency & automation in the management systems. The role will provide varied challenges, that require both technical and soft skills in international teams.

YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

• Evaluate, plan and implement projects with senior positions and use case owners
• Design & visualize process / value streams,
• Support identification of improvement potential for Quality Processes,
• Implement dashboards that support decision making for IT Quality processes across the provider network, incl. definition of meaningful performance Indicators,
• Be awesome and have fun!

WHO YOU ARE

• Good understanding of Quality processes, preferably also of IT processes and process improvement frameworks (i.e. ISO, ITIL, Cobit, Six Sigma)
• Education: studies in Business, Science, IT or equivalent knowledge.
• English: fluent (both written and spoken)
• German: good (both written and spoken)
• Fully digital mindset
• Ability to collaborate and partner in international teams
