Your Role
- Regional technical Support for XRM Systems
- Hotline Support
- Remote controlled diagnostic
- On-site Support
- Failure analysis of complex problems
- Technical coordination of FSEs
- Coordination with factory support and R&D
- Service-Training for FSEs and customers
- Technical order control
- Refurbishment of used equipment
- Support Service-Documentation group
- Build up and maintain knowledge database
- Support at exhibitions and trade shows
- Develop FSE Service Information
- Project work during the PSGP according to the process
- Mentoring for FSEs
Your Profile
- Master degree in engineering / Physics
- Several years of job experience in a similar field
- Knowledge in sample preparation and application
- Knowledge in electron optics and vacuum technology are preferable
- Excellent English skills spoken and written
- Travelling world wide about 50%
- Ability to work under pressure
- Target-oriented and autonomous method of operation
- Excellent analytical way of thinking
- Excellent PC knowledge
- Excellent Electronic knowledge
- Team-minded
- Sense of urgency
