Your tasks

Provide effective, efficient and pro-active administrative support to a busy senior manager and her departments. Focus on complex calendar & meeting management across all time zones, cost-effective procurement of office supplies, equipment and services in line with company policy, departmental cost center controlling, support in organizing (online) meetings and events and after-care. Ensure day-to-day matters are carried out systematically and meticulously.

Your profile

Organisational talent, good knowledge of MS Office suite, pro-active. You enjoy working independently, are an excellent communicator and forward-thinker with a can-do attitude and orientated to finding solutions. You pay attention to detail and take pride in your work.
Excellent English, written and spoken
German an advantage, but not essential
